The Westin Princeton At Forrestal Village

On Sunday, there was an incident at the facility. I won’t go into details, but I must commend the staff for their remarkable handling of the situation. In particular, I want to highlight Keicia and Brianna. They remained professional and courteous even in a very tense moment. As a Platinum Elite Bonvoy member, I was treated with the respect and appreciation I expected as a valued customer. Kudos to the team!

Jeff at the front desk was very professional and accommodating. Our room was beautiful and impeccably clean. However, I was not fond of being woken up at 9 AM by loud music from a wedding happening downstairs near the waterfall. The music was quite loud, and there was someone using a microphone to yell, which was quite distracting. This was the only reason I rated my experience at the Westin a 4 out of 5.

We had a pleasant stay in the King room, and the service was great. The bed was very comfortable. We were only there for one night and didn’t take advantage of many of the amenities since we were in town for an event, but I would definitely choose to stay here again if we just needed a place to sleep.

Didnt expect that much, but it was very nice.Took 10-15min to tjs, barns and noble and others.Very clean. Nice service.

Stayed at this Westin for 4 nights and had a wonderful experience. The hotel is modern and updated throughout and is impeccably maintained. Everywhere I went... lobby and adjacent seating area, room, elevators, hallways, club lounge, etc. was immaculate. The front desk team was very helpful, attentive, and genuinely friendly. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.
