Smoothie King - Plainfield

I love this place. The smoothies are always made to perfection. Nova is amazing too. She always has a smile on her face and is happy to help. I highly recommend smoothie king. ?

There always seems to be new people working who know little about what they are doing with no manager ever around to solve clear issues. super super slow every time. if you’re going to charge almost 10 dollars for a smoothie you should be having employees who consistently know what they are doing working. not the employees fault at all, just a lack of manager responsibility all together at this location. employee didn’t know how to work the rewards system which you would think would be included in their training. at least the employees are nice and the smoothies are ok.

Employee said “of course” under their breath when I ordered something in a size large. Also my change was given to me

I came to this location for the first time last week unsure of what to even get. Nova was the best! She asked me a few questions and gave me some suggestions. Will definitely be back, 10/10 would recommend.
