Plainfield Donut Shop

One of my favorite donut shops in NJ, and I was on many of them throughout the state. I love old fashion and sour cream donuts and their are some of the best. Go early to get what you're looking for because I left at noon or later and the pickings are slender later on the day.

I'm a transplant from Queens, NY, and this place makes the breakfast sandwiches I miss from my hometown. I've had their donuts as well and they're awesome. Prices are incredible and service is friendly. There's absolutely no reason you shouldn't check this place out.

I love places like this. Unassuming very modest but the quality is there. The donuts are great, the jelly was over stuffed and the coffee is ok. We went for the donuts but stayed for the best priced 2 eggs, bacon, toast, home fries, orange juice breakfast.

Nice old fashioned luncheonette with excellent donuts. Fast and friendly service.

It always feels like home here. Maria and Tom are amazing, and this restaurant has been around for many years. The food is consistently delicious.
