Fuzed Dining - Plainfield

This was my first time visiting this restaurant, and I must say that first impressions are lasting. They desperately need air conditioning! I ordered chicken, a well-done cheeseburger, and fries. The burger was actually medium-well, but it was quite tasty. I also tried an infused juice, but the heat in the restaurant made it hard to enjoy. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend visiting in the summer because it gets too hot inside, but I really liked the vibe!

I can't help but feel that we were treated this way because young adults are often not respected in the same manner as older patrons. To add to our frustrations, the manager claimed it would cost $65 to move tables, even though it was just an hour before closing and the table was empty. It seemed like she expected us to be okay with paying that amount for a table, when this is a restaurant, not a nightclub, and we were already seated at a free table. Our server was fantastic, in spite of everything that happened. As a fellow server and bartender, I understand the challenges of the job, but I felt like she was being pressured to ask us for $65 when the kitchen was closing. Honestly, I’ve experienced better service at summer backyard pop-ups.

I highly recommend trying Rado's Sweet Heat Baby Sauce on the wings, and don’t forget to get his signature aioli sauce on the side for dipping your fries. Also, be sure to order a canacocktail to enjoy while you wait for your food!

The dessert sampler was cold and fresh on this hot day. Right on time!! The j chicken and rice is authentic and full of love. This food is an experience...the cutie pie presentation and service was exceptional. 10s across the board

The best macaroni and cheese I ever had. Food was great and her presentation was great. I will definitely order again.
