Dunkin' - Plainfield

Stopped going here after being repeatedly hit on by a drive thru worker and a manager (guy wearing a gold chain). They would make suggestive comments and ask increasingly personal questions every time I would come to pick up my online order. I feel badfor the female employees and hope no one else is being harassed by them.

Multiple disappointing visits. Last time they burned the hashbrowns and they tasted like dirty oil. Visit before that, they made a sundae so sloppy, the hot fudge overflowed and made a mess of my car. This is the only Dunkin location I?ve had any problemwith.

The service was disappointing. On Sunday morning, I ordered a hot latte with one pump of sugar, but instead, I received a hot latte with a blueberry shot. Not ideal. I also requested an egg and cheese wrap without cheese, but they ended up giving me one with cheese. Since I'm allergic to dairy, this really ruined my Sunday. I won't be returning.

I paid $8 expecting a hot latte with almond milk, but I got a nearly empty cup of lukewarm black coffee instead.

The floor was dirty, and the tables and countertops were sticky. The coffee was overpriced, and the staff had difficulty being understood. Dunkin' Donuts has really declined in quality.
