Schwarzseestaern - Plaffeien

We spent a very nice day at Schwarzsee. The area is wonderfull plus the lunch, which was perfect. We took as appetizer beef carpaccio, I totally recommend it. It was one of the best I have ever tried. The dessert was also very good, Glühwein-icecrem ! mmmm Delicious. Wine and service could not be better. I will go back for sure.

Great location overlooking the lake and the pre-alps. Very warm welcome by the owners, service impeccable in an atmosphere of cozy modern chalet style. The culinary side is outstanding, fresh and unexpected for the location. The choice of wines is great, it will please any wine lovers. We as a family had a wonderful time and for sure we will be back soon.

Super Restaurant mit einer tollen Aussicht auf den Scwarzsee.

Der Stärn ist ohne Zweifel das beste Restaurant vor Ort, eigentlich ein Plichtbesuch, wenn man in Schwarzsee ist. Die gemütliche Atmosphäre, der freundliche Service und natürlich die vorzügliche Küche zeichnen das Gilde-Restaurant aus. Schon das Amuse Bouche ist ein Schmankerl, die Wildgerichte sind ein Gedicht, die Weinauswahl erlesen. Vielen Dank an Fam. Jungo und ihr Team für die tolle Arbeit.
