California Kitchen - Placerville

Breakfast was delicious. Good coffee. Fantastic service and friendly staff. Fast service. Don't be too excited about the Sicker pancake, it's just chocolate chip! The hotel is located in a nice city and good place to stop when you are on SR 50.

The food was very good, I came with my family during breakfast and they allowed me to get a meal what I appreciate. The restaurant was also very clean, especially the toilet. The service was why I had five stars, my water was constantly full, with several waiters coming to serve us. We sat on a high table that I generally do not enjoy, although this ok was quite comfortable.

We enjoyed a wonderful lunch here with our toddler and infant. Very clean, friendly, and open. The food was fresh, delicious, and served in a timely manner. Would definitely recommend! Family friendly for sure. Reasonably priced. Excellent service.

The dish I ordered (crab and avocado Benedict) was FANTASTIC! Our server was friendly and prices were fair. The place was very clean. They dont have very many beers on tap (just the standards) and my **** Mary was not mixed and not worth the $7 they were charging. If you're looking for a great place to eat, this is it!

Very cozy breakfast place. The food was very fresh and very tasty. Service was excellent with very friendly and polite waiter and waitress. Mimosas and **** Marys are very good. Decor is indicative of old Hangtown and the Gold Rush era with weathered brick in the bar area. Full bar on site. I'm here three times and I wasn't disappointed! Definitely worth the money, not very expensive, 10 to 18 dollars per record. $7 mimosas and **** Marys. Best place to breakfast in Placerville aka Hangtown. Open 7 to 3 and eat.
