I ordered the scallops, while my husband opted for the duck breast, and both dishes were outstanding! A delightful surprise was that all the sides were just as impressive as the main courses. The Blueberry Hibiscus Marmalade that accompanied my scallops was divine, complemented beautifully by the tangy rhubarb sauce paired with the duck breast. For dessert, I indulged in a stunning Rhubarb Crumble. I rarely have dessert, but I could enjoy this every night for the rest of my life! Having had the privilege of dining at five-star restaurants in Paris, Rome, London, as well as top eateries in New York, Washington, and San Francisco, I can confidently say that Richardson stands out with its own unique charm. The quality and thoughtfulness of the food are truly exceptional, and Richardson has every reason to be proud. Don't miss this hidden gem! It's worth the long journey and an overnight stay just to experience a meal here.

I enjoyed another fantastic meal on the terrace at Richardson's last night! The oysters were fresh and expertly prepared, accompanied perfectly by the rhubarb mignonette. Don’t miss the fries served with blueberry ketchup; they're a real treat. For salads, I highly recommend the New England Lobster Salad, featuring succulent lobster straight from the ocean, including a generous portion of claw meat. As for the entrée, the Szechuan Spiced Duck Breast was exceptional and truly unique. The duck was cooked to perfection, and the dish was complemented by bok choy, an egg roll, and rhubarb in a sweet and sour sauce, making for a delightful experience. As always, the service was impeccable. I can’t wait for my next visit!

One of my favorite restaurants! It's especially delightful in the spring when you can sit outside and take in the views of the canal while enjoying the delicious food. It's truly magical!

A beautiful evening for a graduation party! The staff was so attentive to our needs. The meals were all delicious and served on time. It is no surprise that Richardson's keeps it high satisfaction of customers! Special kudos to Laurie for coordinating the whole party!
