Wendy's - Pittsburgh

An open and reliable wendys not far from my work. her breakfast menu ensures that I have another option on my busy morning comedy. although they are busy for lunch, they never got my order wrong when I ordered the app. it is not a spectacular wendys, as I have experienced differently. but they work well here.

Dinner not available 9:50 clock on Saturday. no sign, only closed door. no breakfast menu in the car through, they did not get time to change it. eat them well as usual.

Came in here about a week ago. No body was in the drive thru. I went inside and there were two people ahead of me in the line and it took 15-20 minutes to get my food. It's not even like it was fresh both the nuggets and the burger were old the fries might have been fresh. Ultimately it was terrible service for no reason. It's not even like it was busy.

Ordered 3 nugget meals. Sounds simple right? Well all meals had 7 or 8 nuggets, fries were not full. Not trying to be petty but counting at this stage in life should be simple.

Stopped at drive through for breakfast early am Sunday, after paying was told to pull up just waiting for fresh potatoes. After almost 9 min and trying to get their attention (door locked) food brought out with a very disingenuous sorry they forgot you from who appeared to be a mgr for the shift. A complaint from me for the wait and request for a straw, she huffed back in the door and reappeared, barely handing it to me. Seems like she didn 't like the way I grabbed it, told me not to come back. I have all the patience in the world for these establishments due to the state of getting people to work. This however was pretty bad display from a person that 's in a management position and the face of the company after we waited well over 15 minutes for our order. If I had could give them no stars, I would have! By the way the potatoes were hot the same when she 's were cold they have been sitting waiting for the potatoes.
