Wendy's - Pittsburgh

I've had ongoing issues with this Wendy's location. There's an older woman who works there who is consistently rude and has a bad attitude. I felt the need to report her prior to placing my order. I decided to try all four types of the saucy nuggets, but they were prepared in a very careless manner—barely any sauce, and the containers weren't even closed properly. I watched them handle my food in a sloppy and unprofessional way, which was frustrating, especially considering that my bill was over $40. They really need to improve their service.

More unintelligent people working there each time the service abd food get worse it's my last time ever going to this store !!! Order wrong food cold !!! Never again.

I ordered chili from this Wendy's, but it didn't come with my meal. I decided to reorder it, but still didn’t receive it the second time.

Although we initially thought we were an Uber pickup, the service was great, and the food was excellent. However, I found the prices to be quite high. It's worth noting that many restaurants have raised their prices for profit, despite operating expenses returning to levels similar to the early days of COVID. **2 Stars - Very Slow (February 15, 2024)** The service was very slow on my visit, taking 17 minutes just to place an order. The dining room was closed, and I noticed that four customers left because they couldn't get in.
