Wendy's - Pittsburgh

The Frosties weren't as thick as they should be, and the fries and orange salad didn't meet Wendy's usual standards. I won't be returning to this Wendy's in the future. Food rating: 3/5.

I have visited this restaurant three times, and each time they’ve messed up my order. The only reason I’m giving it 2 stars is that the spiced potatoes are great, even though they were served cold. I ordered two bacon, egg, and Swiss croissants along with medium-seasoned potatoes, but instead I received sausages and cold potatoes. This is the second time I’ve ordered the bacon, egg, and Swiss, and it’s exactly the same as what happened the last time I was there. I won't be coming back; I’d rather drive the extra 10 minutes to Bridgeville.

The mobile order I placed 30 minutes prior to my arrival was not ready when I got there. The staff was quite unkind, making us feel as though we were interrupting them. Overall, I’d rate the food a 3 out of 5.

It was an excellent experience. scare them out to the long hair son who ran the drive thru. his excellent customer service made the drive to a brise.

It’s a nice restaurant location but they do get busy a lot but they do an excellent job helping me so when i order a meal with a drink it plus the managers are also very helpful with incredible to help every customer with their problem
