I don't get it. Sure, the place in the warmer months has a nice atmosphere if you're seated outside. But every other aspect of this restaurant is just awful. First off, the ordering process is just asinine. Having only one or two people taking orders at the busiest times is just dumb. It ensures there's a needless 30 minute wait. Even more pathetic, the line ends up blocking the front doors and no employee of the The Porch would even think of addressing that issue. Now comes the mediocre food. And that's being generous. Take a look at the $6.00 Caesar Salad in the picture below. It's the size of a Postage Stamp. I used a quarter so you can see the portion. Ridiculous. Next, I ordered a Chicken BLT sandwich. What I got is raw bacon, rubbery chicken and last year's tomatoes that they somehow reanimated. Inedible. The Margherita Pizza was essentially tasteless, which is an accomplishment on its own. Too bad you can't bring your own food and sit on the porch it would be a much better experience.

Seated right away on a busy Friday night. Kitchen was backed up but the server kept us updated. Food was excellent and prices were lower than expected for ordering the specials. Totally earned 5 stars.

Chris was a great server and the food was very good. Specifically, the vegetables were ridiculously fresh and I can't wait to come back and try something else.
