Subway - Pittsburgh

I visit this Subway restaurant a few times a month. Since my first day working in downtown Pittsburgh, the staff at this Subway has always been friendly and provided excellent customer service. Despite being very busy during lunch hours, the staff efficiently and politely serve customers. Even when I've been at the back of a long line, I have been served quickly. This Subway is my go-to spot on Friday nights, and while the staff may change, the customer service remains consistently great. I have been to other Subway locations and have not had the same positive experience. The Subway on 7th Ave is always clean and well-maintained. In the fast food industry, turnover rates can be high, but any bad apples are quickly replaced. I hope this review helps others looking for a good Subway experience.

I give this five star review for tony who made my sandwich tonight. he was intoxicated, friendly and stupid of five stars. he made me a great sandwich.

I'm here regularly. the days that I can order and eat are great! friendly staff. but about 50% of the time I enter, turn around and go. a line of 5 people takes 20 minutes from my 30-minute lunch. the workers have no urgency. they have 1 speed - slow.

This Location without a doubt will find a way to mess up your order every visit and always try to up sale you instead of listening to what you actually want and never accommodate you for the terrible customer service, definitely not going back.
