Subway - Pittsburgh

I love this restaurant. I come here for lunch almost every afternoon. The staff is always friendly and welcoming. I rate the food, service, and atmosphere all a perfect 5 out of 5.

Ordered at 330pm through the app. Arrived and there is one person working. I had to leave because I had somewhere to be at 4. Told the one person working that I would be back at 5 to pick it up. Walk in at 5 and order is not even started. The owner of this place should be ashamed of their self to only have one person working. Parking: Horrible Service: Take out

I ordered a cold cut combo and they just put bologna on it.

This Subway is tucked away in the Caste Village strip mall. It may be a little hard to find but there is plenty of parking.The service was prompt and pretty fast. The employee had a rather thick accent and it was a little hard to understand her, but she was polite and accommodating.We ordered a Spicy Italian and a BMT sub; both were delicious and were made with fresh looking and tasting ingredients.Overall, it was a very good experience and I am sure that we will be back.

I placed an order online for pickup at this restaurant. When I arrived a few minutes early, I waited in my car until my order was marked as ready. Once inside, I found that there were 2 customers ahead of me in line. When I finally reached the counter, I was disappointed to discover that the guy had not even started my order yet. I was highly unsatisfied with the service. It is not acceptable to mark an order as ready for pickup when it has not been started yet.
