Sheetz - Pittsburgh

No pride in their work this is in my opinion one of the lowest quality sheetz out there and I've been to alot no way to tell how much relish to put on your hot dog so when bite into it all it tastes like is relish.

I have visited countless Sheetz locations, and this one is by far the worst. I ordered a simple meal, and it took nearly 30 minutes for them to prepare it. The manager behind the counter spent the entire time laughing and joking with the employees while customers were left waiting. There was absolutely no sense of urgency in serving patrons. When I finally received my food, there wasn’t even a simple "sorry about the wait" or "have a nice night." The manager just tossed the food on the counter and turned away.

I really dislike this Sheetz location, despite generally preferring Sheetz gas stations over others. For some reason, this particular one has the worst food service. My orders are consistently incorrect, and the wait times are excessively long. Moreover, they frequently run out of essential items, like straws—seriously, straws?! I’m not sure who is managing the kitchen or placing the orders, but it’s always a disaster here. No matter what time of day, you can count on a long wait. While the staff is consistently friendly, the service time is just unacceptable. I’d rather go out of my way to the second Sheetz location in Monroeville than return here. This will be my last visit—I'm sorry, but it's just always a hassle.

This Sheetz location is really disappointing. They can't follow simple instructions on the screen for your made-to-order items, and nothing ever seems to be clean. I walked through the store today, and the floors were sticky, with products all mixed up and disorganized. From now on, I will make an effort to avoid this Sheetz altogether.

This might have been the last time I go to Sheetz. I ordered at 5:32, and didn?t get my food until almost six. I had to go back up the counter to ask about it only to discover my food had been sitting there getting cold because they never bothered to callmy number. On top of all of that, they didn?t make my food right. I?d love if someone from their corporate offices would reachout to me. I don?t want to write off Sheetz, but I?ve been having nothing but bad experiences at their stores lately. Ifsomething doesn?t change, I won?t be back.
