Chipotle Mexican Grill - Pittsburgh

I really enjoyed the chill R&B and alternative music playing at this restaurant—it felt like there was a DJ in the kitchen! The service was friendly and welcoming. The food was good, but I did wish my burrito had been heated more evenly; one side was hot while the other was cold. Overall, it was a nice experience!

The staff is competent and meets expectations, but they could be a bit friendlier. During peak hours, the place can get quite hectic and messy.

I rarely have issues with my food orders, but after moving a few months ago and frequently ordering from Chipotle, I'm beginning to wonder why I keep going back. Each time I've ordered, there have been missing items, and tonight was no exception. I ordered chips and guacamole along with my main dishes, but both were missing. According to the receipt, I did order them, so what happened? It seems that 9 out of 10 times over the past four months, my orders from this Chipotle have been incorrect. I just don't get it—it's not that complicated to read an order! What's going on, Chipotle at this location?

To be honest, I don't know why I'm holding the order from here. uber eats, paid $23. that's what happened. no acidic saw, no salate, no salsa. previous orders were also very thin on the fillings and they pay $20 .

This is the worst place to order from. Almost every time there’s portion issue, missed orders. Bowls look like they are prepared without any care. This has happened so many times.
