フィードバックを提供するPlaced online order, when I arrived to pick it up they acted like they had no knowledge of the order. When they verified they did have the order they said they couldn’t fill it because they didn’t have mashed potatoes, chicken soup, hot Nashville chicken , WTH? They filled my order with all the stale leftovers they had in the hot tray, terrible spinach and salty mac n cheese. Sorry I paid up front.. never again! Service: Take out
I went in last night to pick up dinner around 5:30 pm. I have not been to this Boston Market in years but if happened to be on the way home. They did not have more than half the things on their menu--no future nuggets advertised on their window--no mashed potatoes--NO CORNBREAD! You could only get half rack of ribs or 1/4 white meat chicken, dry stuffing, mac n cheese, and creamed spinach. That's it. I ended up not ordering any of the scraps because it wasn't what I wanted and it all looked gross. The staff isn't happy probably because the customers are disappointed and leave hungry.
Made a visit this past Thursday and unfortunately they only had roasted chicken and very few Sides. It looked as if there was only one worker present, the windows looked extremely dirty and the lobby seemed closed as all the chairs were pushed up so you couldn’t sit. The sole worker there seemed very nice and extremely apologetic for the lack of food which should be a reflection of the owner and possibly store manager. If the store can’t have enough workers Let alone only 1/4 of the menu, just shut the restaurant down. I won’t visit again until this store has some positive reviews.
Went by this store today. It looked boarded up. I called and you get a busy signal. The one on Baum is still open.
Wish I could rate this experience as a 0/5 stars. When we arrived, our online order was not fulfilled, they were out of turkey, chicken, Mashed Potatoes, stuffing, and had one scoop of mac and cheese left, and one serving of Broccoli left. We ordered over $70 worth of food and none of it was available. They only had sweet potatoes, the limited Broccoli and Mac and cheese, and meat loaf. I was told I had to talk to corporate to get a refund because they don 't control online ordering. Once I called corporate, I was told it would take 7-10 days to get a response and they will have to see if a refund can be issued. This is not our first bad experience at Boston Market or this location. Last time we had issues was Christmas eve, when we ordered over $200 worth of food that was never delivered and we had to go pick it up on person. When we arrived, other has the same experience and we waited over an hour to get the meal that should have been delivered.
