Biddle's Escape - Pittsburgh

We went this morning for coffee and got a Vienna coffee. It was very tasty! Really cool vibe, comfortable place to meet and catch up with a friend!

Upon entry I was extremely charmed with the interior. There is a mismatching furniture and a super cozy feel. I definitely see the tea inspiring the general aesthetic. I order a chai tea latte, it’s clear they use real chai leafs rather than concentrate. Outside seating is super convenient! The tea menu is so vast, I didn’t see a food menu but they do have food. Oatmeal is a must is only two dollars for a lot of it. Over all I think this is a perfect neighborhood cafe

On a scale of cotton candy to Brussels sprouts, Biddle's Escape feels like the story of Peter Pan. It's whimsy and delight around every corner. The space was delightful for meeting up with a new friend, and it's clear that it's a favorite spot for working as many table occupants wielded a laptop and caffeination. Outdoor patio is covered, and tables were available inside as well.

The Biddles baristas are really sweet. Today I tried something new, the lavender butterfly lemonade. It's delicious and also cute. These factors are important to me. Also there is a miniature bust of Vladimir Lenin on the pastry case. Five stars for that alone. I don't think Lenin would order a lavender butterfly lemonade. You could work on a dissertation about that on the nice deck at Biddles probably.

Friendly staff, fun atmosphere, and lots of places to enjoy your drink. Big pet friendly patio, and lots of cozy tables inside. Good cold brew and amazing tea selection.
