Alex's Corner Pizza Shop - Pittsburgh

As soon as we entered, we were warmly welcomed by the owner, his wife, and their daughter. They were incredibly friendly and made us feel right at home. We ordered a pizza with half pepperoni and half cheese, along with a hamburger, hot dogs, and three bottles of water. The total came to only $22! That’s fantastic. Everything was excellent, including the service. While they have just one table inside, it was perfectly cozy. They also offer a variety of snacks, and I was pleasantly surprised to find that a pack of Oreos costs only $0.99! This place is a gem—great food, amazing prices, and wonderful people. The owner even shared a poem by Rachel Ann Bovier with me, and I completely resonate with her sentiments! Thank you for your warm hospitality; we will definitely be back!

This shop is run by Alex and his wife, whose name is escaping me at the moment, but my Dad and I order there often. Always hot, fresh, good food and good pricing, with plenty of options. I don’t see their prices at any other restaurant, esp with inflation these days. Super affordable. Plus, I saw a box for something that said “halal” on it, so he must have options for that as well.
