フィードバックを提供するI placed my order online with slice. A minute later I get a call from a very young sounding girl asking if I forgot to tip. I always tip cash and purposefully chose the cash tip option because I?ve worked service jobs for years and know how it goes.. butthanks for the suggestion. Unprofessional. Edit: 26 dollars for a two topping 12 inch that was subpar to any hand tossed jointon the side of the street. Pizza was also not even warm by delivery.
I immediately confronted her about her disrespectful customer service and insisted on speaking to her manager. Instead of receiving an apology or any acknowledgment of her inappropriate behavior, she just passed the phone to her manager with a disrespectful remark: "This person wants to speak to a manager because she’s taking a thousand years to place an order." She continued to mumble unkind comments as if it were ridiculous to be trying to feed a large family. I genuinely feel sorry for her lack of awareness and patience in a customer service role. I have never encountered such poor respect and service in my life. If she doesn’t enjoy her job, she should reconsider her attitude or find another position! Otherwise, she risks losing valuable customers for the restaurant. This young woman needs a lesson in communication skills, patience during busy times, active listening, and, most importantly, a change in her attitude. The manager did address his employee's disrespectful behavior and later called me to apologize. He even asked if I knew anyone looking for a job and requested that I send them his way. My advice to the management is that it shouldn't fall on customers to find good employees for your business. It's common sense for strong leadership to remove poor performers, provide coaching and training, and work to improve employee behavior.
This is a great pizza place! Everything I've tried has been delicious. The BBQ Chicken Pizza was fantastic, and I really enjoyed the boneless wings with honey garlic sauce. We ordered a salad, but the delivery driver forgot to bring it initially; however, he returned later with it. Mistakes happen, but that won’t stop me from ordering from them again!
Adrians offers an intriguing and unique selection of pizzas, and they taste fantastic! It had been a while since we had ordered from them because we weren't aware they delivered. However, we decided to try their mac and cheese pizza yesterday, and it was delicious! The delivery took about 25 minutes, which was much quicker than the estimated time given by their app. Initially, after placing our order, the estimated delivery time increased, and I thought about canceling the delivery to pick up the pizza myself. I'm so glad I didn't, as it arrived promptly and was hot. We will definitely order from Adrians again in the future, and I'm excited to sample more of the unique pizzas they have on their menu.
Food from here is not good.....honestly everything taste old, freezer burnt or just downright disgusting. my workplace gets food here once a week for employees and more than half the people won't even eat it. I've tried it many times and am alwaysdisgusted after a few bites. seems like alot of reviews are like this for this pizza shop
