As soon as we saw the trash overflowing at the entrance and trash all over the parking lot we were concerned. It didn’t help that when we entered it had a foul smell inside. We were told that reservations were required even though there was only 5 people there. The rest was empty. Didn’t make me feel good wondering if they didn’t care to pick up the trash when you entered what other hygiene items were they skipping.at a sushi place. Save your time. Skip this place

Horrible customer service! I cannot eat avocado, so I only choose rolls that do not have it.(Asking for it to not be put into a roll that lists it as an ingredient doesn't often work. I ordered the Alaskan roll which was described as crab, asparagus, and salmon. When my husband got home with the roll, it had avocado. When I called, the manager informed me that the menu had changed and it now had avocado. My options were to sit and pick out the avocado from my roll, or bring back the roll to get a new one. No apology for their misinformation on their website. No offer of financial reduction. No offer of any compensation on their part. The manager made it very clear that the roll I had been given needed to be returned. So, we couldn't even keep the roll that they were going to throw out for someone else in my family to eat. So, basically, if they screw up, you will be the one paying for their mistake. I had to leave the dinner table while others ate to go get a roll that I ordered and could eat. Sad. We will going to Pacific Umi Sushi from now on.

Ordered food to be delivered by WeGo delivery business. However driver failed to deliver and would not answer phone calls to meet out front. In addition, WeGo general telephone number wouldn’t accept phone calls to resolve issue. Essentially, Do not use WeGo Delivery provided through Google Website. I believe for it be unprofessional and somewhat like a scam delivery system. Contacted restaurant and they were extremely professional and accommodated our order to be picked up again do to the faulty order placed through WeGo delivery services.
