フィードバックを提供するI usually order food at this Panera Bread and food is good. they are fast and good people , but the last time I order, They didn?t customize the food the way I ordered. But the real problem here is that they don?t call your name a lot of times whenyour food is ready. They just say ?ice coffee? and it?s totally unacceptable because they are usually 2-3 people having a sameorder and it turns into a hassle. Sometimes they don?t want to pronounce your name so they simple say ?steak?. It?s a favoritefood at Panera Bread and it?s so common people order it. By saying ?steak? usually 3 people go to the desk and whoever takes itfirst, has the food. It always happens with drinks and I?m so tired of those awkward moments arguing with people that who shouldhalf the ice coffee. Also there is no receipt or anything to prove that?s yours or not, so at least call by name please.
Worse Panera experience I have ever had. My noodle soup was not even properly microwaved, spilled all over the container and the bag, and there was no spoons or forks instead. In addition, the cashier was not the most helpful person. My last visit at thisPanera for sure and maybe Panera in general.
You have a new manager or something, and now I love this Panera. Customer service is now amazing; I left a mango smoothie I ordered before, and he offered me a new one and told me not to worry about it! Also gave me a free cookie when they were from bananas for the day I ordered a strawberry banana bottle.
If you're looking for a place to grab a small to medium sized meal, this Panera Bread is a pretty good choice. The store is smaller than your typical standalone Panera Bread because it's part of a plaza ish area in the Rutgers Busch Student Center, but the store still offers the full menu to meet your tastes. What's the dining area like? Panera has a counter you walk up to to order and pick up food. Imagine one of those dining areas in malls where several takeout restaurants are lined up next to each other: it's like that. The dining area has plenty of tables and booths to eat at, so you shouldn't have any trouble finding any seating. There's also a couple tables outside to eat on for when the weather's nice. There's also 3 4 ordering stations if you don't feel like ordering through the cashier. Pros: • Excellent staff and manager. Everyone's pretty chill and offer quality service. • Quick service. You can expect to get your order in a few minutes usually, provided that you didn't order several dishes. Cons: • There's only 2 cashier stations and usually only 1 station is staffed at all times. You may find yourself waiting a little bit, but it's more or less just 1 to 3 people lined up. • If you love buying bread from Panera like me, often you might be out of luck since the store has a smaller stock of breads to both sell and use for meal orders. Luckily, you can place an order for specific breads ahead of time and pick it up later.
The plain cheese Margarita was simply amazing. If you are a vegetarian and you need a pizza that’s light- now you know where to go :
