Waffle House - Pinson

This group of people, are an explosion to treat! I have an old guy with long, long bushy eyebrows who meets your wife every time we go in. I have a guy who sprays soap soup in your coffee when you're sitting on the sink. A black girl, that's fucking great to deal with it! She's the best, but the funny white girl who usually waits for us scared us the last time we were there. Her head would turn on her shoulders while she spoke in tongues, but she's so sweet! Keep the good work guys, you all brilliant!

I have been in here several times and they have always gotten my order correct and quick. The staff was friendly and I enjoyed my meals from here.

My experience was outstanding! I genuinely received the best customer service I've ever encountered at Waffle House. Carla was our server, and she was not only incredibly polite but also very attentive throughout our meal. She impressed us with her knowledge of the new menu as well.

I really like our local waffle house and I'm usually satisfied with everything. However, this morning I had breakfast planned for my whole family, but I'm still waiting for my daughter to come back from the grocery store with syrup. So I guess I'll have to eat my waffles with jelly instead, as I'm starting to get a headache from hunger and dinner will be here before I know it.

We walked out of a different restaurant on the street after being ignored for half an hour last night! However, our experience at Waffle House in Pinson, AL was fantastic! We were greeted warmly as soon as we walked in the door. Barely had we taken our seats when our waitress brought us our drinks! My husband, our two grandkids, and I all agreed that Waffle House was the highlight of our day! Our waitress provided excellent service!
