Cap Polonio - Pinneberg

I've been to Cap Polonio in the last ten years. It is a typical family-run German hotel. The rooms are spacious and comfortable clean. The hotel borders on a large park and is easily accessible by foot... the Pinneberg station. There are a number of aspects that make this hotel unique. The staff is friendly and helpful. They all speak English if this is important to you, and they are extremely helpful. For example, I usually have to leave the hotel to catch a flight to London by 4 in the morning. On every occasion, the night table career arranged breakfast without being asked, and on an occasion when I ran behind the time, he packed a lunch that I could eat on the way to the airport in the taxi. On another occasion when trying to confirm a flight, an employee went to the kitchen to get the cook to solve a computer problem. The hotel restaurant Roiin is excellent. Traveling through Germany once or twice a year in the last thirty years I can honestly say that Rolin is simply the best dining room that I am in everywhere in Germany. The chef who is a member of the family who owns the hotel is amazing, every item on the menu is unforgettable. It is worth a trip from Hamburg to taste the restaurant. In short, this is an excellent hotel. It's easy and very good to run with a staff that walk out of the way to do everything they can to help.

Was there for dinner, I really liked it. Service was excellent.

Rooms: Elegant and modern....super Sleeping Confort. Perfectly cleaned. Rarely had such a great hotel. Walkability: 10 minutes through the forest to the station. Beverages: Culinary treats for every palate. Never eat a liver like that. The kitchen leaves nothing to be desired. The salad dresses a true joy.

There was a Christmas party, a great, rich buffet that tasted excellent. Service and service were great. Rooms: 5 Service: 5 Location: 5.
