Smoothie King - Pineville

The prices are a bit high, but the quality is reliable every time I go. They offer a great variety of flavors along with health benefits.

I really enjoy visiting this place; their smoothies are consistently delicious. However, I inquired about job openings and found the woman I spoke with to be a bit rude (maybe she could use some customer service training?). On the bright side, the staff at the window are almost always friendly.

When I arrived, I was the only customer in the lane. I waited a frustrating 49 minutes for my order, which was just one smoothie. The worker even came back to me twice to double-check my order! I could hear him complaining and swearing from my car. If I hadn't already paid, I would have just driven away!

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Ordered through the app but waited almost 10 minutes at the window, no apologies, even though there were 3 people inside and I was the only person in both lines. Ordered 2 of the same smoothies and they tasted different, dobetter.
