Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Pineville

THIS IS THE WORST POPEYES I HAVE EVER BEEN TO. EVERYTIME I ORDER FROM THIS POPEYES MY ORDER IS ALWAYS WRONG. EVERYTIME AND THEY SHOW THEY DONT CARE ABOUT THE MONEY YOU SPEND. THEY DONT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE. I CAME AND ORDERED A 3 PIECE DARK AND I GOT 1 DARK AND 2 WHITE I GO BACK AND RETURN IT SO I CAN GET THE CORRECT ORDER AND THEY GAVE ME 2 DARK 1 WHITE. ONE OF THE WHITE PIECES OF CHICKEN THAT WAS IN THE CHICKEN BOX WAS NEVER TAKEN OUT THE BOX HE JUST REPLACED 1 OF THE DARK PIECES OF CHICKEN. I HAVE NEVER GOTTEN MY ORDER RIGHT ALSO THEY HAVENT SHOWN THAT THEY CARED ABOUT GETTING THE ORDER WRONG. BEWARE

I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. The staff was incredibly rude and unwelcoming. The person at the window had unnaturally long eyelashes, which was quite off-putting. When I asked for spicy chicken, they falsely claimed they didn't have any available. If you plan to use an email voucher, be cautious when you go in. I ordered a mixed order of five pieces but ended up with all white meat. The math just doesn't add up! Additionally, I had to wait for honey, and when I finally received it, the staff handed me four packets all stuck together, leaving me with honey all over my hand. Overall, a frustrating experience.

This is the worst Popeyes in the area. Despite multiple attempts to correct my order, I still received nothing I had actually ordered when I got home. They desperately need to hire a proper manager for this location, as well as capable staff. I cannot recommend this place at all. It definitely needs a complete overhaul. The responsibility for this falls entirely on the owners. There's nothing worse than an upset customer who ends up with none of her ordered fried chicken strips and sides, forced to eat leftover food at home instead. (Yes, I should have double-checked before leaving, but the service should not have been this shoddy.)

The food is served fresh and piping hot, making it absolutely delicious and mouthwatering. The service is also excellent.

The service at this popeyes has definitley gone down hills compared to previous years. I suggest they find new employees if they want to continue their business. Extremely careless. I repeated my order mutliple times only to end up getting my order messed up. They gave me the wrong amount of change and when all the cups accidentally fell on the floor- they did not even bother to pick it up. So unfortunate.
