Manager? Older man this morning was a jerk and a half. I really had to use the rr it said out of order I asked cause I really needed to use it he says restrooms are for paying customers maam like sir it's 645am stop being rude? Learn customer service, clean your bathrooms. I told him I'd buy something and I did but he deff followed me to the register to make sure I did. He needs a HUGE LESSON in common decency and kindness good lord replace him

The owner followed me to the soda machine mention that a refill was $1.49, then when my husband walked to the counter I had to turn around and get the right straw bc i grabbed a slurpee straw and he left my husband at the counter to follow me back to the soda machine. Then when I was going through my app yo use my point for my soda he told me that I was trying to use the wrong coupon when all I was doing was checking to see if I had one to use. The owner is rude, and racist I will never go back.

Came in to grab a cheap bottle of wine for a dish I was preparing. Had ID on the table for the owner before he even asked, still prompted me for it, told him it was in front of him, he picked it up, stared at me, questioned my age, dob, and doubted I was the person on the ID.. I'm 26..

Wouldn't honor the 7rewards refill pricing, cashier/manager had a terrible attitude, trash bins were full, condiments and hot dog buns were empty, plasticware is kept behind the register, not all the pumps functioned...the management is a disaster, and it ruins the 7-Eleven experience shoppers hope for.I purchased a big b hot dog while I was there, and the manager immediately turned to another employee, pointed at me, and told him to make sure I only grabbed one. How rude!Trust the reviews, folks...this is a terrible place to shop. I won't make that mistake again.

The owner is the cheapest person ever. They try to up charge for every little this. Shouldn’t be this complicated to buy a drink from a gas station.
