Dunkin' - PINE BROOK

Don?t. Just go somewhere else. I?m reading that the staff is rude it?s absolutely true! Our family made a pit stop here for coffee, donuts, and breakfast. I needed to use the restroom and a woman working there stopped me to argue back and forth withme, making up nonsensical reasons as to why I can?t use the OPEN restroom. She finally warned me that I needed to ?hurry up andbe very fast?. This woman waited for me outside the bathroom door to begin yelling at me as I opened the door saying I took toolong and that she told me I could only to be a few seconds. Excuse me?! I took under a minute in there at best. This woman needsto get off her high horse. From the looks of it, many people have had similar experiences with their offensive and lazy approachto ?customer service?. Please fire her or if she is a franchise owner, take her franchise from her. She?s giving Dunkin? a poorrep for many.

I was reading previous reviews of this place and I want to know what people are seeing because I am in this location Monday to Saturday 3 times a day and I have never seen anything of what is being said! The staff is always friendly! I have never seen a young child making drinks so that person is on something if he thinks the ladies that work there are young! I noticed the prices recently went up but that’s normal in any business! The service is always fast especially in the morning when they are busy! Never have I been charged double or extra for anything that I didn’t order! The guy at the register repeats everything you order back from size to what is in it so how are they able to charge extra if you can read what is being put in the register? I have to say from what I have seen people must have no life to make stories up! Please staff at this Dunkin’ keep up the good work and don’t let these miserable people mess with your heads they have no life and rather see someone else suffer in their pity!

I had a terrible experience with the service at this restaurant. The staff completely ignored me when it suited them. I waited by the register for five minutes, and even though there were two employees visible, one intentionally looked away from me while the other went to the back of the store. All I wanted was a cup of coffee.

On Sunday at 6:45 PM, I found that I could only order regular coffee because they close at 7 PM. I understand it's Sunday and everyone wants to get home quickly, as I work Sundays too. However, the closing time is supposed to be 7 PM, not 6:45. If you don’t want to work on Sundays, that’s fine, but maybe let someone who does want to work take your place.

The customer service here was extremely disappointing, and I felt there were undertones of racism. The staff were very rude, and I definitely won’t be returning to this restaurant!
