Shannon's - Pine Bluff

Came to Arkansas to visit my niece at Pine Bluff. Stopped by for some food. Wasn't feeling the food too well. Hashbrowns were burnt.

Food is good. Wait service depends on who's sitting at the table with you. Popular restaurant in a small town where you can see just about every body there at some point. The social atmosphere does it. ...if that's your thing.

Food was great but I had to wait 58 minutes from the time I ordered til I received my food. Had they not made me pay first, I probably would have walked out. Again, great food if you have time to wait.

Servers were nice and welcoming but took a little bit to get my food. Also, food was bland and minus the grave the eggs would have been dry and cold. Need butter on food like grits from the kitchen not waiting until it gets to me from some tiny little plastic single serve thing. The hamburger steak was the highlight with grilled onions and brown gravey. Overall, just okay. Hope my usual breakfast place get open by next weekend...

If you are looking for great customer service? This isn’t the place!! My family I decided to try this place out before church. We were told to sit anywhere. We sat for about 5 minutes. Other people came in after us. The manager emerges from a back office greets the customers who came after us beckons a waitress to their table. She also speaks to a group beside us and offers to refill their coffees. She did not greet us or have any one serve us. I hate to think that we were ignored because of the color of our skin but it sure felt they way! We won’t be going back!
