The side patio is a great place to relax and eat when you're sweaty and fragrant after a good hike; it's also great because you can have your dog there with you! Tilted Ladder is very dog-friendly, the waitress brought us water for our dog, and they have at least one water bowl if you need it (we brought a portable one but they offered, and I saw at least one around the patio . Burgers were decent, not spectacular but tasty. I didn't even get a chance to taste my wife's side of sweet potato fries which probably tells us something : . Sauteed broccoli was tasty and a pleasant surprise option if you're trying to eat healthily. ... BUT we need to talk about the Garlic Mashed Potatoes. Forget being a side, they could be the *centerpiece* of a meal. They were buttery, slightly peppery, creamy-yet-chunky, with a hint of garlic but not overpoweringly so. Before my food arrived I thought I might have leftovers. I did not. I inhaled my Hawaiian Chicken sandwich, and then lingered over the mashed potatoes delighting in them. If you like mashed potatoes, then I highly recommend getting extra to-go or to-share so that you can hoard one portion for yourself : .
Great first experience, cocktail drink was great Kiki's rum punch , We had Baked spaghetti and Grilled shrimp with side salads and Mac and cheese. We received salads quickly and the entrees took a little time to come out. Only negative was the shrimp was a little cold. You don't want cold grilled shrimp. But they do have good menu items to choose from. We will go back and enjoy Tilted Ladder again.
Great dinner. Sat outside. Nice area! Love my Burrito Bowl and wife loved her salmon. Nice dinner! Good service.
One and done. As miss Twain would say, ?that don?t impress me much.? This is a new joint and let?s start with the food. Attached pic is my Philly cheese steak, that is the sorriest excuse for a Philly I have ever had. I had to ask for the lettuce and tomato (which is fine, I?m not complaining on that) BUT take away the L&T and you basically have bread with a little bit of what you stick in a Philly. Service is hard to complain about in a post covid world because it?s pretty unremarkable in most places and this place is not an exception. Our waitress knew the menu like she knew how to change the oil in a Russian space station. Pathetic experience all around. Giving 2 stars because I?m nice. Being a new Resteraunt they should really try harder to make a positive impression. Again, 2 stars only cause I?m being nice.
My husband and I were just traveling through the area and it just happened to pop up on our search for good places to eat. SO SO happy it did! Food was AMAZING. My husband can be a little picky. But he was just as blown away as I was! Our server was fantastic, friendly and helpful. Food came quick and perfect on the first try. Honestly the best dining experience we?ve had in a VERY long time. We?re now trying to plan another trip up that way, just to eat at the tilted ladder again!
