Arby's - Pikeville

The staff were super nice and the food was fresh and hot.

I was impressed by the quick service at Arby's. The food was fresh, and my order was correct. I had to give this location a five-star rating, primarily for those reasons. Based on how traffic is managed, it seems like it would be easy to get in and out, even during busy times—though luckily, I didn’t encounter heavy traffic when I visited.

The food is good, and I appreciate being able to enjoy a Reuben without having to make it myself. The menu offers a nice selection of items, although some dishes can be a bit saltier than I prefer. Overall, not a terrible experience!

My experience at the Chicken House Ranch was disappointing—there was no cheddar cheese. They seem to be aiming for mediocrity, and unfortunately, they succeeded. I decided to reduce my order as a result.
