Wild Bear Tavern - Pigeon Forge

We waited for more than ten minutes to order drinks and then the waitress never came back. After another twenty minutes, we decided to leave.

Our family recommended this restaurant to us. We enjoy German food, but it was not what we expected. We tried the potatoes with onion, bacon, and cheese, which was okay but a bit too crispy for our liking. The pot roast and parmigiana entrees were not what we had anticipated. However, our server was fantastic - attentive and engaging to talk to.

Do not pass by Pigeon Forge without stopping at this amazing German Brewhouse. The schnitzel is top-notch and the sausages, sauerkraut, and mustard are all house-made and delicious. The tap beer, all from Schultz in Knoxville, is on par with what you'd find in Germany. The staff, especially Alexander at the bar and Chef Ryan, are outstanding. Hurry up and make a visit to this place!

This place was awesome. Great German food. The pork shank, spaezle and German potato salad was so good. Even my kids loved it.

Everything was delicious!! This is a must stop if you want something different and tasty! Friendly service and great atmosphere for all.
