Bojangles' - Pigeon Forge

I?m from Michigan and we don?t have this restaurant there. I?ve been wanting to try it for years and I?m glad I finally did. I had the chicken sandwich and fries. Sandwich was definitely spicier than I expected. I could handle it, but I can see this being an issue for someone who doesn?t eat much spicy food. Fries were well-seasoned. Would come back. Restaurant itself looked a bit dated, but this wouldn?t deter me.

My experience could have been better if the front counter staff had a sense of urgency. The cashier had to keep leaving the register to go help. It took 30 minutes for me to get my order of 3 chicken tenders, dirty rice, a drink, and a boberry biscuit.. I could understand if they were slammed with customers but they weren 't. There were only few people ahead of me. One woman had a large order and they fumbled around with her order. Even she said that they looked like they didn 't have a clue. Also, the worker preparing the orders kept touching his face and ran his fingers through his hair, he also wiped his hands on his pants. Luckily, the manager came up to help and prepared my order. The food was ok and I 've had better sweet tea, it wasn 't legendary.

We don't have Bojangles in Indiana but I wish we did. The fried chicken was very good. Customer service was friendly and polite at the drive thru. We had the fried chicken meal. Everything was hot and fresh. The biscuit was good too. Thank you!!

We don't have a Bojangles where we live so we had to try it. It was great! Honestly the best fast food I've ever had. I didn't really like the biscuit but the chicken, fries, and the mac'n'cheese were all so good!! We'll definitely be eating there again before we leave

Actually very good. Was a bit reluctant since the one near our home in Shelby NC is pretty lousy. I believe it?s all according to the employees at each store. So? thank you to Bojangles Pigeon Forge. Food and service were great. Highly recommended! Randy L
