Unfortunately after years of having ice cream here, I will never return. The ice cream is excellent and there is always a good assortment of flavours, plus the environment is welcoming and clean. The same cannot be said of the owner, who is rude and has ambiguous ways of acting. While understanding the fact that payment with the POS has commissions, by offering a service the owner must take into consideration that this possibility of payment also exists for the customer and it is right to remain courteous and professional without expressing one's frustration in this regard, causing discomfort. the customer himself, who is not obliged to have cash with him, which is especially common these days. Let's remember that by law the POS is a mandatory service and, unless a malfunction is reported, refusing the POS payment is illegal and punishable. In conclusion, the quality of the ice cream takes second place if, humanly speaking, whoever is on the other side of the counter does not know how to relate adequately with respect and education.
