Debonairs Pizza - Pietermaritzburg

Why does this store not use wicodes? I was told it only works if you ordering on an app...that's disappointing.

The manager (Mandisa) is Pathetic when it comes to customer service training is needed with her, my pizza(triple decker) was dry and couldn't do anything about it, this is a picture of the difference between the two pizzas with same toppings

Ordered online for collection. 40 mins extra wait for cold burnt, uncut pizzas, that were not what we ordered. Half and half special don 't even bother as you don 't even get what you order. Double stack base that you pay extra for- rather not as they dont even know how to double stack. Disgusting to say the least

I have a serious health condition and all the chairs were taken, after standing for what seemed like an hour I tried to sit on the on a chair for a few minutes to rest my back there was a hand sanitizer on it and then I was told that I must get off because apparently customers who spend money in this shop are less important than a bottle of hand sanitizer rude staff
