フィードバックを提供するThis restaurant could be considered a top-tier noodle house. I'm not sure if that category officially exists, but that's the impression I get.
I had a terrible experience at Neptune Chinese Kitchen yesterday, January 20, 2018. My group of 6 had to endure a disappointing meal at this restaurant.
This restaurant has the worst service ever. We have been regular customers for some time, but recently the service and quality of food have severely declined. We placed a takeout order at 6pm, but they informed us that the food
