Jamba - Pico Rivera

Don't expect friendly faces or good customer service at this restaurant. It seems like they don't even have a dress code. It felt more like a concert than a dining experience. However, the drinks were decent. Despite our efforts to be polite, we received no response from the staff. Good customer service is lacking at this establishment.

The employees are consistently rude at this restaurant. It is the closest Jamba Juice to my location so I have visited multiple times. During my last visit, my husband was ordering and the cashier visibly rolled her eyes multiple times, which was quite unprofessional. The first time I went, I asked if they could accommodate removing yogurt from a bowl due to being lactose intolerant and replacing it with a dairy-free milk, but they were unable to fulfill this request. Additionally, they are often low on ingredients, causing them to suggest alternatives for our order. On one occasion, they even suggested replacing an item with something else due to their lack of ingredients. My friends and I also experienced rudeness from the cashier during a visit, which created an uncomfortable atmosphere. Overall, I will not be returning to this restaurant.

I ordered an acai bowl from Doordash and received two drinks instead. I'm not sure how they mixed up a bowl with drinks, but some people just aren't the sharpest tool in the shed.

It?s annoying always driving up there and never having what I like in stock. one week I went for three days straight and they still had not stocked up on strawberries. plus to add on the guy who works there is rude. Credit card machine always broken.
