Tourist trap, Food was ok generic processed pizza and defiantly not authentic Italian. Service is slow and staff appear to be uninterested and lethargic. As other reviews have mentioned I received an unexpected charge on my bill and when queried it was told that this is a service charge that is applied everywhere in Italy, I now know this to be rubbish. There are plenty of much nicer places to eat in Verona. Avoid Roma33. Service: Dine in

A nice place to have an aperitif. One evening we order a bottle of wine to share between four, the waiter without asking shows the bottle to the only man at the table. We tried several times in vain to ask him to show it to the girl who among us had ordered and knew a lot about wines. At the moment of tasting, once again, the same waiter takes it for granted that it is the man who is tasting, even though, once again, we had told him to let the same girl taste it. Again ignored, we were all annoyed.

The location is nice, cafe is good, yet the food was a disaster for such a location. Tables are not clean and the staff is average. Service: Dine in Meal type: Brunch Price per person: €30–40 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
