Domino's Pizza - Phoenixville

Absolutely phenomenal customer service and energy! The food was great and the order was perfect. I couldn't say enough about my experience. I ordered pickup and unfortunately not their names, but great job guys!

Order to 9:38 pm, originally estimated delivery was 27-37 minutes. I called 1.5 hours later and they said they were waiting for a driver, now it's over midnight and no pizza. But the phone looks like it's closed. This place used to be good, but not anymore.

I ordered a pizza from Domino's busing the online ordering feature at 11:00 PM. The website told me to expect the pizza around 11:40PM. I waited and waited and nothing ever showed up. Then, I get a text at 1:15AM that the driver is on the way. I fell asleep around 1:30AM or 1:45AM and still no pizza. I walk out of my place this morning and there is a pizza on my doorstep. Tried to call for a refund this morning and was told the General Manager had to do it and that she wasn't in until later in the day. I called back later in the day and was told that the GM was way too busy to come to the phone. What a joke this place is! That's the last time I'll be calling Domino's! ??

Extremely unhappy... I?m pretty lenient about customer service, especially in these times, but this was a pretty lame experience. When I called the restaurant to order, I was reading the pasta toppings and sides directly off their online menu and the man taking my order kept asking ?what do you mean?? Like he had no idea what?s on the menu or how to put in an order. I?m not sure how to be more specific about ?grated cheese? and ?Alfredo sauce?. When I received the order there was no sauce, only a thick pile of melted Parmesan- except it wasn?t melted anymore because delivery took over an hour. It was a bowl of cold noodles in a lump of hard cheese that I waited an hour for and tipped 20% for. Definitely won?t be ordering from this location again.

I wish i could give 0 star for this place. Order pizza last night and waited for delivery and waited and waited but nobody came. After waiting for 1.45 hrs. Called them and was told again to wait for 20-25 minutes by that time i had enough so i went to pick my pizza and when i got there i got cold and burnt a pizza. I was so tired and hungry that i didn't wanna argue so i picked it up left. I am leavinh the picture for you guys please take a look. Worst pizza ever
