Yogis Grill - Phoenix

I walked in to place a dinner order about 20 minutes before closing. Normally, I try to avoid coming so close to closing time, but since it's fast food and there were at least six other customers inside, I thought it was fine. We ordered our food and paid, and then we decided to get two sodas immediately afterwards. However, they informed us that the soda machine was already shut down. It’s common for customers to want drinks with their meals, so if you’re serving food, you should also be offering drinks, especially with only 20 minutes to go before closing.

Used to love this place, we will not be back after our recent experience. The chicken was not well cooked and was in overly large pieces. Used to be tender grilled and in small pieces. The sauce was not the same. Parts of the vegetable tempura was hard like raw vegetable. Initially I thought maybe my taste buds were off, then my husband said something about both the meat and the sauce.AND then.... I observed a worker empty the trash and go right back to bagging and prepping food without changing the gloves he was wearing. Yea no thanks.

Great place. Food always fresh and delicious. Friendly service. Plenty of seating inside, no drive through. Clean.Kid-friendliness: Kids friendly, but no play place.
