Fun atmosphere leads you directly to the Caribbean with a Steele drum player while you go through the bar (beside the Tommy Bahama Store) to the restaurant. Nice! The seating was comfortable and the Decor reminded me of Jamaica with the rotating wooden palm fans on the ceiling. I had the Parmesan Crusted Chicken. It was delicious and perfectly cooked the cheese inside taste delicious and from the butterfly breast of the chicken oozed with each slice of the knife, the sauce was delicious and the mashed potatoes were the perfect consistency. Also on the table was the salmon, it was a little fishy but still good, and the Macadamia nuts scorched fish of the day saw and smelled amazing and was perfectly prepared. We also have an order of the coconut maker as an appetizer also very tasteful and large. I gave it 4 stars because we sat one of the first tables (6:00) and we didn't eat until we?ll after 19:00 - apparently our order was the only order in the place that was influenced by a system glitch? the manager was nice enough, but it was strange to be one of the last tables in the dining room after almost 2 hours.
Great service and fun Happy Hour! We came for happy hour cocktails and appetizers on a Sunday afternoon and had a really nice time! We ordered the pineapple Paradiso martini and a few good drinks. All were good! We also had the Mahi Tacos and the Macadamia nuts of encrusted goat cheese. Both were great! Very recommended if you? in the area. Enjoy!
Loved their coconut shrimp, Sanibel chicken and pinacolada cake! Good ambience, good food and in the Kierland shopping complex. A nice walk even after a good meal!
Awesome place! Makes me feel like I am back having dinner and cocktails on a beach, even though there is no beach in sight. There is someone playing on steel drums that just completes this laid back, yet classy atmosphere. We enjoy dining on their patio bar area, but we have dined a few times in the restaurant upstairs. They have amazing happy hour if you're looking for small bites, and delicious entrees if you're looking for more. Service has always been great, no problem there. We have been here many times for both Happy Hour or dinner, and haven't been disappointed, although I must note that the portions seem to be shrinking compared to past years. Still won't stop us from coming back.
Lunch was our first visit recently. It tried to eat twice here, but it was so packed that we left. This time we showed up at the opening to be sure we came in. We were really glad we were the third time of charm. Our server Mikayla was super friendly and answered all our menu questions. I had some great fish tacos, most certainly this site from Maui. The woman had a kind of salad with chicken on it, she said it was good. Make sure you get some of the bread with cinnamon butter, it's really delicious. We will definitely come back.
