Starbucks - Phoenix

I knew what I wanted. The person who took my order was very patient and helpful! I enjoyed my visit!

This was one of the few starbucks in the area that still offer “Order Ahead” on the mobile app for the phone. I ordered the icy latte together with the double smoked bacon breakfast sandwich. The staff was very friendly and the process was super easy. I'm glad Starbucks offers coconut milk because it's amazing! The sandwich was very warm and delicious. Definitely plan to come back. Thank you.

Usually dont have any issues here except for some reason they seem to run out of longer straws frequently so you get a short straw and have to drink your drink without a lid if you have a drink they use a domed lid because straw is so short it falls inside and you cant get to it.

Ray is an outstanding employee who knows exactly how to make my coffee just right. Although she doesn’t have a lot to do during her shifts, I always look forward to coming here for my coffee, thanks to her. She truly is the best of the best. Thank you, Ray, for everything you do for us coffee lovers!

I only used the drive-thru at this restaurant, which is why I rated it so highly. As an older gentleman, I really needed to use the restroom, and they kindly allowed me to do so. I appreciate their accommodating attitude!
