I called back, and this time she directed me to the online customer service number for further assistance. When I reached out to them, I inquired if there was anything that could be done regarding my issue. However, the representative informed me that they did not have a record of the order as I had described it and then hung up on me again. Overall, not only was the handling of my order incorrect, but the level of professionalism displayed was severely lacking, especially in managing such situations.

I usually love this pizza place and the customer service, but today I experienced some issues. I ordered a dinner box for my family and we chose a cheese pizza. After waiting for 40 minutes, we received a pepperoni pizza instead. I called back to let them know and they offered to make the correct one, but it would take another hour for delivery. No refund was offered, so we agreed to wait since we have family members who don’t eat meat. I live just 3-4 blocks away and usually we would have picked it up ourselves, but our car has some issues right now. So, be careful with your order and consider how fresh you want your food to be.

I ordered a pizza online for delivery at 5:40 PM. The website and confirmation email indicated that it would take 45-55 minutes. However, I ended up waiting over 4 hours. I tried calling the restaurant multiple times, but no one answered, so I couldn’t even cancel my order. I expected the pizza to arrive at least within an hour after placing the order, but it was never delivered. There were no notifications or updates at all. The only positive aspect was that they refunded my money without me having to ask. If you want to enjoy pizza for dinner from this place, you might as well order by 10:30 AM!

This is probably the millions of time that happened to us, I hate the fact that I tried not to be my best not to this person, but pizza hut owners stinks .! always we say our order will be 25 -35 minutes, this I write an evaluation after two hours waiting and call to see if the order is, I have decided to take it back and then after we have decided to take it off. Last time I ordered myself to run and not I work in the industry and believe I wouldn't do that. I am sure that not the only!!!

The pizza from this location is honestly phenomenal. Once I bit into a slice it instantly transported me back to the shores of old Italy, the old country. The staff there are nothing less than amazing. I have since moved away and still regularly travel 5+ hours for the simple pleasure of indulging in some delicious pie. If you're in Arizona there is no other place to get pizza. Hands down.
