Our Dim Sum appetizer arrived lukewarm, and the dipping sauce was served separately in a cold container, as if it had just come from the fridge. Don’t they heat the sauce? We found ourselves needing to look for our server frequently. He was very nice, but he seemed overwhelmed and too busy. We usually love dining out, but with prices as high as these, our overall experience was disappointing.

When we arrived, the restaurant couldn't locate our reservation as they were no longer using OpenTable. However, they quickly arranged a table for us.

The restaurant ran out of martini glasses, but the server handled it with a smile and came up with an alternative. The food was served hot and was absolutely delicious. I have no complaints!

Our server was not very friendly. At the end of the meal, I provided my frequent diner information and told her I had a credit for a. Entree on my account. She came back with our checks and there was no credit on mine. I asked her if she had checked and she said she would check again. Then she came back with a lower bill and I asked if she needed my credit card to rerun it. She said she already had. I assumed she would charge me for the modified amount and gave her more than 20 percent tip for the original bill. I just reviewed my credit card charges and it is showing the original amount with no adjustments. Not sure what happened with the correcting of my bill but it appears it was never fixed. Throughout the meal our server was not nice to us and seemed annoyed to be working. We go here fairly regularly and have never had this this type of experience before. It was very disappointing. Usually our group has a fantastic dining experience and excellent service at this location.
