Panda Express - Phoenix

The drive-thru line is usually long, and they often run out of 2 or 3 menu items. Honestly, I only go there because my roommate likes it; otherwise, I would prefer to eat somewhere else. I almost always forget to check my order, and they frequently miss items like the additional crab cakes or egg rolls that we ordered. This inconsistency might be part of the reason for the long wait times at the drive-thru. As for the food, it's just okay.

I had the worst experience at Panda Express. My egg rolls had so many black spots on them because the fryer was filthy. I ended up tossing them out. The chow mein was incredibly dry and tasted rough, so I threw that away too. I'm really frustrated.

This is our third time to get food from this place and each time we have equal problems with chow mean that do not look yummy ursache of them were badly chopped by man who panda has cooked an amazing cooking class for chow mine that the chef must follow

As fast as possible, they cannot really complain about this panda express location (or at least I can't). the personal is always so friendly and the place is incredibly clean. if they are crazy that it is 15:19 on Tuesday and they do not have walnut or orange chickens, just breathe (speak about first world problems). they know that they already cook some and it will be in just a few minutes. I had only positive experiences here and I am grateful for the kind ones they are.

I normally have very good experiences at Panda Express but this particular restaurant has issues with their employees. I was there in June 2, 2022. The food was fine. But I could not enjoy eating it There was a female employee literally yelling, very loudly, at one of the managers in Spanish (I'm fluent). They'd go back and forth. She was complaining about how he doesn't do enough and how he wanted to be a manager and now he's not doing what he's supposed to. I was working while I ate and was there probably an hour or so and the yelling was continuous up until a second manager came in (had same color shirt as the other gentleman) . The employee would only yell at the first one. It was MOST annoying. The other employees were just quiet and doing their job . I would never go eat there again if u knew that employee was still there.
