Nightplace for Chicago style sausage. Go to the place often since I am. work on a fix and flip in the area. I get either the Polish sauce or the Italian sub. You can also go deli sausage. Service is always good. Parking can be a bear. Definitely recommended.

Best Chicago trip outside Chicago. Dogs have done right. In love for the whole menu, authentic, friendly and really satisfying. This is a Chicago Dog.

My friend is a regular and raves about hatches and finally made me see what this is about. I found out. I had the Italian sub that was the best I had for a long time. For me, the bread is 60% of the sandwich experience and this is an excellent role. Apparently they get the dough from Chicago, which has quite significant carbon footprint, but the bread is good. Meat and cheese is legit, veg good and dressed right. It's not cheap I think my sandwich was $11, but if you're looking for an Italian sub that should be like it, it's Luke for me now. I have been eating here since 1988. Thought it was 82 but I was corrected today. My mom got me hooked on this place. I travel all over the country and am always in search of the perfect ITALIAN BEEF SANDWICH. In my opinion, there is no better than Luke's location in Phoenix Arizona. If you haven't been there your missing out. They also have other stuff on the menu such as Italian sausage Chicago hot dogs.

I've had the Italian sub, meatball sandwich, Italian Beef sandwich and the combo, all very good. Try the Italian beef with grilled onions and mozzarella, served on a warm soft roll, it's delicious.
