Love this place. Kava is it. Drinks are good. Service is great. Staff is super awesome and Ariana steals the show with her smile!! Coming back every Friday night!

I stopped drinking and for months I’ve been looking for the perfect mocktail. I stopped my search once I found this place. So so good and healthy. Highly recommendAriana explained everything and walked me through it. Love love love this place

This is the place to go work, study or chill out with friends! What a gem this place is, I highly recommend you visit.. trust me!

First time there and was surprised how expensive the mocktails were, which isn't necessarily a problem , however , this was our first exposure with kava and kratom and each of us could detect zero effects from either of our drinks , which were almost $15 each or so . Not sure what the point of consumption is if you cannot discern any sensation from one $15 cocktail , and we even had one of their happy hour style shots . Atmosphere was ok , nice and cool inside . The bartender was very friendly , although fairly unresponsive when it came to cashing us out so we could leave. Probably won't be going back . But go try it once , if you haven't been . And if you are a 6' male weighing 200 lbs on an empty stomach , get a double, maybe even a triple .

I’ve been coming to lacuna for over two years now and this little gem is definitely one of my favorite places to be. i’m not much of a review-writer, but when i feel passionately about places (good or bad , i get inspired.as someone who leads an alcohol-free lifestyle, it is SO nice having this option to unwind and create some art, relax, or hang out with friends. i’ve truly made so many wonderful connections through lacuna that i will cherish for a lifetime!it’s also a great place to get work done. i work remote, so i spend a good majority of my week here at my second office ; the BOGO happy hour deal comes in clutch.i think it’s really great that there is a mix of events now too, not just strictly DJ’s performing 6-7 nights a week. (although i do absolutely love the nights when there’s a DJ as well ! the variety of events is great; chess tournaments, community coloring, workshops, recovery groups, massages, yoga etc. there’s been a lot of engaging activities that i enjoy attending or participating in.i feel like lacuna has become a lot stronger in both the workspace and community-front in the last year or so too. the kavatenders all have such a warm and positive energy and always make me feel special when i come in. it’s nice seeing management interacting with customers and staff more too. it’s nice overhearing the positive feedback from management to staff (or staff to staff , and hearing the conversations that the staff members have with guests. there just seems to be a lot more connection overall. lacuna is growing and glowing for sure. <3the price increase is a bit of a bummer, but in a time with inflation… what can you really do? i personally TRUST lacuna with their product and that’s what keeps me coming back. i know they put both quality and care into their products and it really reflects. it can be a pretty penny if you’re getting multiple drinks, but fancy craft cocktails at a regular bar can be the same way. plus, my points add up so quickly i get pretty frequent discounts with their reward system. it’s not the end of the world!i appreciate the subtle changes in the bar layout and decor too. even the little things keep it feeling fresh and a little new each time you come in.the *only* “negative” thing i have to say about the space is that it can be difficult to order a drink or close out a tab sometimes. there’s rushes and it gets busy, but sometimes it feels as if one staff member just isn’t enough during these times. sometimes there’s not a lot of communication about this either between staff and people trying to close out, but i’ve been coming here for awhile now so i know what to expect. if you’re in a time crunch, just give yourself a little buffer or cushion of time to get closed out (or order to go right off the bat and close out immediately .all things considered, though, 5 stars all the way around! lacuna is an ever-evolving, ever-growing spot and i’m excited to see what the future looks like for you guys! : bulaaaa!!!!
