フィードバックを提供するWe stopped in for an early lunch and couldn't have asked for a better experience. The restaurant was very clean and well-maintained, the staff was friendly, and they quickly took our order. The food was hot and fresh!
My son ordered a 5-piece tender but received a 3-piece chicken meal instead. I took it to the counter to request a replacement. The young girl who assisted me didn't seem to know how to handle the situation. When the manager came over to find out what was wrong, he was wearing a headset for the drive-thru and struggled to hear me. I had to repeat my request three times, and after the third time, he asked me not to yell. He pointed to his headset and said he couldn't hear me. I told him to take it off since I wasn't in the drive-thru. As a customer inside the restaurant, I expected the same level of respect he gives to drive-thru customers.
I ordered from this restaurant via Postmates, but they completely forgot both sides for my bucket meal. I’m giving them 3 stars because the chicken was tasty, but I wouldn’t recommend ordering delivery from them unless you're okay with only getting 80% of your order.
I would rate it a -1 if I could. Wait over 16 minutes for my food. First it was 10 minutes. It's very disappointing standing at the counter. Three employees just look at me. A manager walks by me. Finally someone comes. I explained to him I didn't get my order. He asked for my receipt. I payed for the 2 piece white meat. Well the order I received wasn't that. Seriously had to go up to the counter again. The same thing pretty much happened. So by the time I got to sit and eat my meal twenty minutes had passed. A total of five or more customers got there food before. No apology. No customer service.
Every time I go there they mess up my order. This time they got the food right but kept me standing at the counter waiting for an online order. When I asked the cashier what was taking so long she said you can see we have a lot of customers . Really? And this was when my order was 10 minutes late. A guy finally came from the back and asked my name. I showed him my online order confirmation on my phone. He went in the back for a minute and then came back and asked my name again and asked if I had the right KFC. Again I showed him my phone and he asked my name again and went in back. Then he came back and showed me a ticket with someone else 's name on it and said the order had been picked up. I AGAIN showed him my phone with the correct address, my name, and the time my order was supposed to be ready 30 minutes ago). If I hadn 't already paid on line, I 'd have walked out. The guy finally put together my order, an 8 piece bucket, that was all I wanted and I left. I got no apology, no explanation. Since that was a third strike, I won 't go back. Turns out Popeye 's has even better chicken at a better price! And good customer service! I highly recommend them.
