Hole-in-the-wall Bbq Joint - Phoenix

I am not a person that judges but this place wasn’t good. The food was flavorless, however the people were very nice. Unfortunately the place smelled like wet clothing.

We ran into a bit of a hiccup when our reservation was missing, even after we received a confirmation email. It could have been a major issue, but thankfully they accommodated us right away. This gave an impression of disorganization. The Thanksgiving buffet was decent; while some dishes were just mediocre, there were a few that stood out as exceptional. Our waiter was fantastic, and the atmosphere was just what you'd expect. Overall, we had a great time. It was a bit pricey, but isn't everything these days?

Grace our server was exceptional. Wonderful experience. We will tell all of our friends and definitely will be back soon. Thank you.

In spite of being a resort-based restaurant, it had the feel of a local establishment. We were served generous portions of well-prepared brisket and short ribs. Their baked beans are really good. We enjoyed this casual dinner.

The Hole-in-the-wall was a great restaurant on the property. Every meal we had there was great, the recommendations made by our server were bang on and she was a delight. Had a sense of humour and was professional but down to earth. The atmosphere was light and energetic, great tunes were being played and all staff was welcoming and friendly. Menu had a good variety and the service was quick.
