フィードバックを提供するChef Binkley is an incredible chef who has turned this stylish venue into a culinary paradise! Your taste buds will be delighted, and your senses will come alive. I've dined at Michelin-starred restaurants that don't hold a candle to this one!
My husband and I make it a point to visit this restaurant every year for our anniversary, and we believe Binkley's is undoubtedly the finest restaurant in Arizona. We are particularly impressed with the imaginative food presentations and their commitment to sourcing many ingredients from local farmers. Dining here is truly more than just having a meal; it's an experience.
This restaurant is outstanding in every way. It's a meal I will always remember. While it is on the pricey side, it is worth every cent, and I would go back in an instant.
First, this is the new flagship restaurant for Chef Binkley. Tasting only, reservations required. Let me say that I have eaten in fine restaurants all over the world and had a fine restaurant. Chef Binkley has made a home trip with this restaurant without question. It is one of the most creative, tasteful meals I had in a long time. My congratulations to the cook that he has developed and executed a fantastic experience... and it is an experience, not just a meal. Our evening was 24 courses. We moved over the restaurant to three separate dining areas terrace, bar and open kitchen dining area. Service was immaculate and each course builds to a very interesting conclusion. It was a long evening, maybe approaching 5 hours, but the time went fast and there was never a wait for the next course. Wine pairings were great (three levels offered). Can not miss with any level you choose, although I would suggest the middle (sommelier level) or the top end (cheek level). Outstanding selection. It's not a cheap evening. Reservations are $160 with wine pairings of $85, $130 and $190, but IMHO well worth the experience. My hope is that Phoenix can support this level of creativity and excellence in food. It's definitely worth it. I attach a copy of the menu small print so hard to read, but hopefully you can see the detail of each course. Congratulations to Chef Binkley and his wife Amy for an excellent addition to the Phoenix Restaurant scene.
I wanted to write a review because I was sure that the reaction I had for an amazing evening could not be as wonderful as I felt. Celebrating a birthday close to Christmas was always a challenge to live especially in Indiana, where snowstorms can disrupt plans. Binkleys made this birthday an amazing evening with 20 dishes served with individual attention to each table celebrating a special event or maybe celebrating together. Especially appreciated that you can not only observe the kitchen refinement and refinement, but also have the opportunity to go to the kitchen and talk to Chef River, which prepares the White Truffle Butterkin Risotto. See Chef Kevin Binkley go our portion of amazingly certified Wagyu beef on our table in addition to serving lambskin that he had previously shared completely on every table, why the lamb was served completely unexpected and felt very personal feeling his excitement and passion as he spoke of his presented dish. I could go on and all night was perfect beyond the expectation I guess my husband found the perfect place to celebrate this birthday. At a certain point in the evening we agreed that this would be our celebration. The last surprise was a Binkley bag with mementos of the night including a personalized menu and the wine list and the actual 3 pages certification of the Japanese Black Ox ID 1347265848, which contributed to a memory that is revisited many times. Oh yes, thank you Chef River for a gift from Risotto!!!
